Factory Laptops has unique expertise and knowledge of the most different brands and models in laptops. That is why our own technical Support department is capable to diagnose the deficiency of your notebook very quick and accurate.
Price Quotes
Repairs under € 150,- incl. VAT will be done without a price quotation beforehand. For repairs over € 150,- you will receive a diagnose and price quote by mail or phone. When you decide to have your laptop not repaired after this quote, we do have to charge a research fee of € 75,- incl. VAT. If we can not repair your laptop, we don’t charge you anything!
Repair time
The average time we need to have your laptop repaired is 4 working-days. Of course this can differ when parts need to be ordered and we have to rely on our suppliers.
Report
With each repair, we give you a small report in which we explain what kind of operations/repairs we did on your system.
Guarantee
The operations/repair and the used components will be under guarantee for three months. For repairs that are done under guarantee, we will not charge any labour or components costs.
